To join the meditation retreat, it is required that you have attended the meditation class before. Please also note that you must wear the meditation uniform (available to purchase at the Zen Center if you don’t have one), turn off your cell phone, be on time, and complete all the sessions. Individuals who do not meet the requirements will not be allowed to join the retreat.
